You can only win a grand prize through our Chatime Societea mobile app and enter the unique promo code found on the back of the Chatime coupon, which is included in every purple pocket. You must download the app, tap the floating bunny icon, and enter the 13 digit promo code for a chance to win.
Our prizes are randomly distributed across all drink orders and drink sizes and across all Ontario and British Columbia stores, so you have the same amount of chance as any others to win prizes!
If you win a grand prize, you will receive a digital prize voucher and it will be added to your saved vouchers on the mobile app. It will prompt you to email loyalty@chatime.ca no later than March 31, 2023 with a screenshot of the digital voucher attached to the email. A representative from Chatime Head Office will then contact the winner directly through email for shipping arrangements.
